Due to the nature of digital content, all purchases are considered final once access to the course has been granted, except under specific conditions outlined below.

  • The request is made within 7 days of purchase

Once the course has been accessed (e.g. login, lesson viewed, or progress recorded), the purchase is considered consumed, and refunds will not be granted.

  • The course has been partially or fully accessed
  • The purchase was made by mistake without prior enquiry
  • You did not complete or finish the course
  • You changed your mind after accessing the content
  • Sale or discounted courses

  • Access to courses may be revoked

7. Course Access

Once purchased:

  • Access is granted via your “My Courses” dashboard
  • Access is personal and non-transferable
