These Terms govern access to and use of academy.josecovas.com. The site is operated by José Covas Education Academy, Lda, identified in the legal-identity section. By using the site, the user accepts these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the site.
2. Pre-launch status
While the site displays demonstration content, the sample courses, texts and images shown are for design and review and do not constitute an offer for sale. No paid course based on demonstration content is offered for sale.
3. Information and training only
The Academy provides general, methodological training and information on real-estate investment. It does not provide personal investment, financial, legal, tax or other advice, nor recommendations on specific assets or properties. The user is responsible for the decisions they make.
4. Permitted use and account
Access to the courses requires the creation of a personal account, whose credentials are confidential and non-transferable. It is prohibited to systematically collect, copy, extract, download, republish, sell, redistribute, reverse-engineer or use the site to create a competing service without prior written authorisation. Limited quotation is permitted with clear attribution to the Academy and a link to the relevant page.
5. Intellectual property and third-party materials
The text, videos, methodology, selection and organisation of information, visualisations, software, brand and other original material of the site are the property of José Covas Education Academy, Lda and are protected to the extent permitted by law. Third-party data, trademarks and materials remain the property of their respective holders and are used under the applicable terms.
6. Availability, errors and changes
We may change, suspend or withdraw parts of the site at any time. We take reasonable care in its design but do not guarantee that the site is always available, error-free, complete or fit for a particular purpose. We may correct errors and revise the presentation without notice. Nothing in these Terms excludes liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

These Terms are governed by Portuguese law. The consumer retains the mandatory protections and jurisdiction rights recognised by the law applicable to them. Where the site is used within a professional or business activity, the courts of Lisbon have exclusive jurisdiction, save any mandatory rule to the contrary.
