What does the Academy teach?

Real-estate investment education — the methods, criteria and tools to read a deal and reach a decision you can defend. It is general, methodological training built on nearly three decades of practice, not tips on specific assets.

Who is it for?

Investors and professionals making real-estate decisions, often across borders — people who already have access to opportunities and want a sharper, more repeatable way to decide between them.

Is this investment advice?

No. The courses are education, not personalised investment, financial, legal or tax advice, and not a recommendation on any specific asset. You learn to reach and defend your own decisions.

How are the courses delivered?

Online, on demand, through the Academy’s learning platform: pre-recorded video lessons and, depending on the course, downloadable materials such as workbooks, checklists and templates. You need a device with an Internet connection, a current browser and the ability to play video and read PDF.

How do I buy a course?

Each course is a one-off purchase. You pay once for the course you want — there is no subscription and no automatic renewal. Each course page shows its price.

How long do I keep access?

A course purchase gives you lifetime access to that course — for as long as the Academy keeps it available online — together with any certificate you earn. You are never charged again for a course you have bought.

Do I get a certificate?

Some courses issue a certificate of completion attesting participation and completion. It is not an official or certified professional qualification.

Is any content free?

Yes. The Start Here primer is free. The paid courses are listed on the Programmes page, each with a fixed price.

How do payments work?

When sales open, purchases are processed by Paddle, acting as authorised reseller and Merchant of Record. Paddle handles payment, taxes and the receipt; the Academy does not receive or store your full card details. Full terms are in the Course Terms.

What currency and taxes apply?

Paddle shows your local currency, any applicable taxes (such as VAT) and the final total at checkout, before you confirm. The price on the course page is what the course costs; Paddle adds taxes where due.

What is your refund policy?

You can request a refund within 14 days of your purchase. Refunds are processed by Paddle, the Merchant of Record, under its Buyer Terms and Refund Policy, without prejudice to your mandatory consumer rights. The Academy supports you on delivery, access and course content.

Can I access the courses from my country?

The Academy is designed to be taught across borders and is available internationally. Applicable taxes and the final price are shown by Paddle at checkout for your location.

Why can’t I enrol yet?

The site is in pre-launch: the design and sample content are live, but paid courses are not yet open for sale. Leave your details on the enrolment form and we’ll let you know the moment enrolment opens.
