The idea
You have never had more data about a property market — listings, prices, yields, forecasts, whole reports a click away. And you have never been more likely to get the decision wrong. That isn’t a paradox; it’s the whole problem.
Information tells you how a market looks. Judgement tells you what it means — for your capital, with your constraints. More data lowers the feeling of risk, not the risk itself.
